The "EcoRange" of the Flex System achieves double the load capacity and half the weight (according to our calculations) by changing the flange hardware plate from vertical to horizontal, making it a great ally in cost reduction. The thickness of the cross-section is less than 50mm, and the height at which the flange is set can be adjusted with a cotter pin, allowing for installation in positions where rebar does not need to be cut.
